Town of Ledgeview Municipal Building

Town of Ledgeview Municipal Building - Interior View of Meeting Chambers with Seating and Outside View

The Town of Ledgeview needed to replace its previous town hall and fire station so it could accommodate state-of-the-art equipment and facilities and better serve the community. The new facility houses the town’s employees (administration, finance, human resources and engineering) and volunteer firefighters. Firefighters now have ample space for training. The new municipal building more than doubles the original building’s footprint, including a 2,800 SF community room for town meetings and elections. The community room is also available for rental to the general public.

The projects were completed after a successful referendum campaign and required a tight schedule. Challenges included a sloping site and security access control. This is the second building that °µÍø½ûµØ built for the Town of Ledgeview. °µÍø½ûµØ completed the new public works building and began to break ground for the community center / fire station shortly after.
